Laptop: Sager vs MSI

Im stuck between the two models.  MSI 17.3" GS73VR Stealth Pro Notebook and Sager NP8372.

What I am interested in is not a tech comparison, but a brand comparison.  I hear good things about Sager, but they have a terrible BBB Rating and There's just not alot of reviews on Sager laptops.  Can anyone give any confidence in them over MSI?

Sager is a reseller of Clevo laptops. So they don't actually make any hardware per se. If you can find the Clevo model they're selling, then you can usually find a review of the laptop, but sold by someone else. I also wouldn't be surprised if Sager's support was miersable to non-existent.

MSI however does make their own hardware. So at least that gives them a slight edge.

Sager sells Clevo laptops. Generally Clevo laptops have good build quality and good cooling, one thing special about them is they have models with desktop CPU inside like N950KP6, P775TM etc.

First, what's your budget and what are your requirements?
