Do they work? I don't have any personal experience with them, but they sure look to do their job! They certainly can't HURT (may ruin appearance or restrict airflow in some situations). However, unless you have a wopper of a GPU and/or are transporting the machine a lot, it's usually not big enough of a deal. But every build is a little different!
