After Effects Text Animation Question

I have this text right here animating in LETTER BY LETTER doesn't matter how much I speed it up because, It's built like that ik. How do I make it look Letters are going up one after one another but not waiting for the latter before to complete it's transition. Hope you understand what I mean. I'm in huarry, not need to be a beautiful or so useful reply, just help me. Thanks.
