Pc randomly flickers

I randomly have occasions where my computer will flicker (turn off for a split second and then it will instantly reboot). My computer doesn't have any thermal issues, I have checked and stress tested, and I don't think it is the power supply because sometimes it will happen when I am just watching youtube. Please help!

I know this may sound weird but i had a similar issue back on Windows XP many years ago and i couldnt figure it out until i looked in the event viewer in admin tools and found out that when the system rebooted i had an error to do with my Internet Security software.  I uninstalled it and installed latest version and it solved my issue.

 

What i would suggest here when the system reboots go and have a look in the system event viewer and see what errors its showing and post here, maybe then we can point u in the right direction.
