I want to upgrade my CPU because I don't have much money for a GPU or another motherboard and ram. I want to get better fps because I feel like my CPU is holding it back but I don't know much about pcs. So is there CPU that doesn't require me to upgrade ram and motherboard? Thanks.

As that platform is basically EOL right now I can't recommend buying new parts for it, but you can get some FPS gains by replacing that quad core with a used 8 core FX chip such as the FX8350. Or if you want something a lot better than you have to scrap that board and your DDR3 as all new boards require DDR4 memory. But if you haven't done it already you can gain some frames by overclocking that CPU.
