GPU Utilization

I have a Ryzen 3 1200 and a GTX 1060 3gb Im trying to stream at 720p 60fps to twitch with my gpu and the fps is mostly at 60 but in fights it drops to like 25 and spikes. When my gpu usage is only 50%!

Ryzen 3 1200

GTX 1060 3gb

8gb

Windows 10

OBS studio

then your cpu limited. Not much you can do other than buy a faster cpu.

Cpu is only at 72% to 80%

That seems to be the only solution, but idk why a r3 1300 should bottleneck a 1060...only if you play Cpu heavy games like cities skyline, then it should be that combined with the streaming it's to much
