Have you tried with just one card?  Some games don't play nice with SLI/Crossfire.

I don't have Mankind Divided but there are manual fixes floating around the web. Apparently 0x2C0120F5 is a pretty decent SLI bit to get scaling working.

You get exponential diminishing returns in MD past high settings. Also, use Temporal AA.

Temporal AA generally kills SLI scaling. Best to leave that off and use FXAA or SMAA if performance is a concern.

Edit: Though it looks like the devs optimized TAA for SLI pretty well in MD. It doesn't seem to have any hit on SLI scaling.

Just grabbed MD since it was on sale. Running pretty well at 5120x2880 Very High with SLI enabled. To my surprise, it seems TAA is nicely optimized for SLI. No loss in performance with TAA on vs off in SLI.

Temporal AA in MD was flat out broken for me when I had GTX 970 SLI setup.  It was just killing my performance and making things out of focus without really handling the aliasing.  I noticed it was malfunctioning when I tested SLI scaling and noticed that temporal AA was much more effective when using a single card.

The game is also finicky, sometimes it would be faster with SLI DX11 than using DX12.

Also, use dx11 since you have Nvidia cards
