That sounds like your CPU is overheating.

Considering the system is slowing down when this happens, the CPU might be overheating. What motherboard are you using?

CPU Usage is like 20%, is it possible?

What is your CPU temperature? You can use HWMonitor, CoreTemp, Speedfan, etc to get the temperature value from your CPU.

Hmm, thought maybe sth on the mobo was overheating, but always 127 degrees (minimum, average and maximum) is weird, should have suspected that

127 is a brocken or not connected sensor(or just a false read out by the software). It can probably process 512 values from -128C to 127C so it is just stuck at max. on idle nothing would generate enough heat to casue these temps. Speedfan reports the same for one sensor on my board at all times.

Do you have any other CPUs that will fit that socket? Another site I found suggests that the code could also be a result of a "bad CPU."  

 

Also, when the motherboard speaker beeped, did you encounter the weird lag?
