Can my GPU work with my old setup?

Processor : intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU @2.70GHz @2.71GHz

Installed Memory (RAM) : 8.00 GB (G.Skill Ripjaws 4GB x 2)

System type : 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor (Windows 10)

MotherBoard : MSI H170 GAMING M3

Power Supply : Cooler Master 460w

 

I want to know does it work when I'm upgrading my GPU to MSI GTX 1080 GAMING X 8GB with my current PC Setup? Does My Power Supply enough power?

That PSU is cutting it close. Based on a quick wattage calculator, you will be pulling just over 400 watts. Since that PSU probably isn't 100% efficient, I would say get a new one first before you blow up your rig.

It should run the GPU just fine. Only thing is you will need a 6-pin and 8-pin power connector for the card. That's about all I can say without knowing exactly which model PSU you have.

Thanks for fast respond guys, I really appreciate you guys for helping me . I need to research how to use my upcoming GPU 14th march - 26th march . So I need to prepare what else to check before setup. Have a nice day guys
