PUBG Stuttering

Game was working fine the last few nights. Tonight it started stuttering every few seconds for half a second. It's especially worse in buildings, and when I'm turning, shooting, doing an action, etc. It makes the game completely broken and unplayable. Does anyone have any tips or know wtf to do?

 

I've tried restarting the game, my computer, verifying integrity of game cache, and still nothing I have zero idea.

I'm WELL within the range of minimum specs, and not to mention I've NEVER had a performance issue. And as of late I've been running on 60-100fps on High settings.

This exact issue has been happening to me for the same(ish) period of time as you. I think it's another bad update or something.
