Alright, so my father needs a new phone, but he doesn't want anything big, or normal sized...

he wants it to have android, have a long lasting (standby-time) battery, budget of as little as possible (€150 is kind of the max), no subscription, as we all still use prepaid and preferably smaller than 130mm in lenght.

any of you guys know a good phone for him? we live in The Netherlands, just so you know.

also no unknown brand, as he doesn't trust that.

Thanks for the help

Edit: useage is just talking with people on the phone and maybe whatsapp

If he could go a bit higher than 130mm I would recommend you a Galaxy S8. At the moment I own a S5 Neo but I had the opportunity to use a S8 for a while and it's great.

Also if he really wants something smaller he should take a look at an iPhone SE. (it's similar to 6s as far as I know, but smaller)

well, the budget is a max of €150, so €580, the price of an s8 in the netherlands, is a bit to much

Moto G5 perhaps? A bit above your budget though, I know there's also the Moto E but the G5 is a fair bit better. G5 might be a bit big though.

Buy whatever product is best for you, not what product is "best" for the market.

Interested in computer architecture? Still in middle or high school? P.M. me!

I love computer hardware and feel free to ask me anything about that (or phones). I especially like SSDs. But please do not ask me anything about Networking, programming, command line stuff, or any relatively hard software stuff. I know next to nothing about that.

I agree, but the Moto E can be significantly cheaper and has a MASSIVE battery (5000mAh)

Ultra is stupid. ALWAYS.
