Open Windows Memory Diagnostic and do a memory test. Have you done any hardware changes or updated any drivers recently?

Hi, had the exact same problem. No error message, temperature spikes or anything in the log. I tried every freakin thing I could find on Google and forums, swapped my entire rig piece by piece with another AM3+ system and it turned out my FX8350 was bad. It was overclocking itself to about 4.33ghz no matter what settings I was putting it into. Had to RMA, and since then no problem.

Not sure if this can help in your case but it seems to be an extremely similar case to mine, and a quick search will show you that it seems to be quite a common problem unfortunately.

Good luck!

PC specs:

Asus GTX970 Strix

Antec HCG-750M

WD Black 1TB HDD
