CPU upgrade [HELP}

so i have an 

Acer Aspire E380

it has a Athlon II 64 X2 4400+ AM2

4X1 GB of ram 

a GT610 

 

and i'm trying to install a

Phenom II X4 B95

when installed it simply starts the fans and video card fans and psu

but no video output 

 

I'm Assuming its bios version so i need help finding it [ its exreamly hard to find]

the motherboard is a acer ht2000 mcp61pm-am rev 1 A

I have tried alot of bios version including some modded but it always shows this after using AWDFLASH

 

bios lock string does not match

 

i have check to see if the bios boot protection is off [and it is] and i have checked everything relating booting and bios security to be disabled and nothing.

You can get a am3+ 970 chipset mobo still...that would be my recommendation

Phenom 2 is an AM3, will support AM2+ motherboard but not AM2 only.
