Garageband for non-mac(linux/windows)

I am planning to make music and found garageband really nice(I tried it on my friend's device).i want to know if it's possible to get it on windows 10 and also on arch linux(for my cousin).If there's any alternative that has a easy UI like that also please do mention that too and on which of the above OS will it run on.

Actual macOS Garageband? No. But there are alternatives around. Mixcraft is what comes to mind since I have used it back in high school.

Ok....will look into it and does it support both the OS'es?

That one only supports Windows.
