how to find what network phone is connected

got an iphone 6s, but not sure what n etwork it's to, bought it secondhand. cant find seller.

i have a t-mobile sim which is what i am pretty sure came with it(as in said it works w tmobile), says invalid (may or ma y not taken a few hits to the ground and the sim card itself dropped in tomato sauce,  don't ask)

You'll need an active SIM. The SIM has probably been deactivated or damaged

try it in another phone

what do you mean by invalid? does it just say no service?

it has been activated,  was using in an old phone before it hit the grond, could it be damaged from the tomato sauce (was in for less than 2 seconds)

It's possible, did something fall on it when it hit the ground?

It could be scratched up or have something stuck under the contacts.

when phone is restarted with sim in it the phone's touch screen doesnt work..
