Bubbles in my distilled water

Bubbles like these have formed in the ultra pure water which I plan to use in my loop. Is this a problem?

Nope, bubbles are usually an indication that the container isn't totally clean but seeing as plastic cannot support bacterial growth anyway it's probably just a tiny amount of dirt or dust. Nothing at all to worry about.

Was that subject to a temperature rise before the photo was taken? It could just be dissolved air de-gassing as it warms up, especially if stored in a cold location.

Nah not really :P

I'm highly into ponds and some of the best filter media is plastic because of bacterial growth. 

Bacteria doesn't really care :D
