Fan Control for H100i v2

Go to solution Solved by partymarty,

I've used that same cooler for some time too.

My advice for decent control of the liquid cooler is:

1- Connect all your fans to your motherboard headers (or 2 fans on 1 header with a Y-cable)

2- Connect the pump to a fan header (or FAN_OPT header)

3- Go into the bios and create your fan profiles there (so 1 curve for the pump, I usually just set this curve to always run at 100% + 1 or 2 for the fans)

4-Deinstall Corsair Link

I really disliked Corsair Link for control over my pump/fans...

Hi,

I want to see a custom fan curve for my Corsair H100i v2 AIO water cooler.

I want to know what is the best way to do that and what software/tools are the best in doing so?

I have a z170 deluxe board from ASUS

Easiest way to set it and forget it would be in the BIOS. If you want to really fine tune the fans to the single degree with precision, then use Speedfan.
