Need Help With Mining Rig

       Ok so I started building a mining rig with 2 MSI RX580 Gaming X 8gb GPU's and whenever i have them plugged into the motherboard with risers the pc will power on but the screen will stay black. I have more than enough power and im almost positive i have all the wires connected properly. Can anyone help me out?

When you use no risers does it work fine?
