Hey everyone just need some help with my new CPU!

Today I installed my new AMD FX 8350 to replace my FX 6300. Booted up my computer it went straight to bios and i just kept things the way they are and went straight to home screen, all is fine and dandy. Now on to the problem, i bought this new CPU to play StarWars Battlefront 2 which the FX 8350 is recommended for it. I have 8 gig of ram which is the minimum requirement and looking in afterburner while playing im not tapping out my ram nor am i tapping out my GPU. The only thing that is tapping out is all 8 cores of my new CPU which should be running the game fine now. Odder even still is that during the middle late match the Cores even out but beginning of matches and in between matches they tap out.

Have i installed my CPU incorrectly or is it something else?

I have:
Ram: 8G
GPU: R9380 STRIX 8Gig

CPU: AMD FX 8350

Perhaps maybe? Well i couldn't afford a whole new upgraded MOBO and go to ryzen, out of my budget. Is there a way to fix bottlenecks?

That I don't know, maybe search on overclock.net

And yes they are expensive but Intel is more I am making a upgrade to a x99.

All cores are reading at %100 percent all the time which it did with the previous FX 6300 CPU but since i upgraded it it shouldn't be doing that right?

It should. Otherwise it wouldn't be processing any more data than the 6300 did. Also, a CPU maxing out isn't a bad thing, if the game runs well, then don't worry about it and enjoy the game.
