GTX 660 OC vs GT 1030

Good day, I would like to know from you guys and I'm sorry if this is a stupid question because I also did research...

 

Is the GT 1030 (https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=02G-P4-6333-KR) better than the GTX 660 OC (https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N660OC-2GD#sp)

from my understanding they are similar in memory but in clock speed the 1030 is faster.

 

Will there be an FPS increase in games if I upgrade to the 1030 from the 660?

Nope, 660 is faster even at stock speeds.

GT 1030 is garbage
