Hello everyone! I recently bought a new ASUS ROG gaming laptop for on-the-go gaming. I noticed today that I cannot use the trackpad while using WASD. I can basically do one or the other but not both. OUTSIDE of gaming, I can use both of these perfectly fine. I did some Googling and people kept suggesting turning off Synaptic mouse driver. I do not even have this driver installed, so I am afraid this will not help. Any suggestions?

check your taskbar and the little ^ button thing that shows you icons for 'services'

it's a feature of a laptop which i wish i had on my laptop, as the touchpad is so large it is under where my palms rest where i am typing

Not sure why this is the case but I'm pretty sure it's meant to be that way same thing happens with my Thinkpad why do you want to use the trackpad while using WASD surely you would just get a mouse? It's pretty pointless trying to game on a trackpad.
