I was so confused when I saw this post haha. Seriously dat layout...

I know people say 500w is good for almost all single GPU configs but you can get an awesome 620w from seasonic for safe measure.

I don't know about the RAM thing try going in to your bios and change the frequency. (DRAM freq option)

These aren't the most accurate things on the planet, but try a PSU calculator and see how close it gets to your 500W max. (My guess is that you're going to be pretty close). As for dust, this'll vary depending on how clean your home is. As soon as you see any buildup of dust, blow it off with some canned air.

The calculator: http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp

Corsair 900D | MSI MPower Max Z87 AC | i7-4790K @ 4.7Ghz | 1080 Ti SLI | 16GB Corsair Vengeance Pro 2400
XSPC Raystorm | EK-FC Nickel GPU block/backplate | 2x Alphacool UT60 480mm & XT45 240mm | 11x Linus Edition NF-F12
Schiit Modi/Magni 2 Uber | 5" KRK Rokit G3 | KRK 10S2 | Acer Predator X34 | Dell S2716DG
