Just buy another 7950. I don't know why you would sell the one you have just to buy 2 more..

or would i be smart to get 3 760s i say them for €201 each

Nope don't do that. Triple Sli doesn't scale very well.. And for games that don't support Sli you'll basically have one 760 doing the work which is just as good or less powerful than your 7950. Buy a 290 since it's cheaper than a 780 and just as powerful.

Setup: i5 4670k @ 4.2 Ghz, Corsair H100i Cooler, Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB Ram @ 1600 Mhz, MSI Z87-GD65 Motherboard, Corsair GS700 2013 edition PSU, MSI GTX 770 Lightning, Samsung EVO 120 SSD + 2TB&1TB Seagate Barracudas, BenQ XL2411T Monitor, Sennheiser HD 598 Headphones + AntLion ModMic 4.0

Yes but you will have to deal with more heat output, Power consumption, driver issues etc

i think it will be oke with heat output i have my case well cooled with some good fans and 850 watt should be capable of running 2 7950s i guess and they make less noise than the 290
