i7 bottleneck 1050ti or 1050 2gb?

Hi boyz , will the CPU Intel Core i7-2600 3.4GHz a nVidia GTX 1050ti 4GB , or GTX 1050 2GB.? Please tell me coz im gonna buy a GTX 1050ti. :)

You're fine; I'd say if you have Sandy i5 or newer (you have sandy i7) you're fine. Sandybridge was the last time intel had a big jump so anything since then is just marginally better IPC wise. I'd say you're good to have basically any gpu you want at the moment.

Even a 1070/980Ti would be ok, granted if the games are not so CPU bound

Short for sandy bridge; it's the 2nd gen core i# processor line example being i7 2600k. You can look on youtube for benchmarks and such but Sandy still holds up fine now a days, as it was last time intel really made a massive performance jump and since then they've kinda sat on their asses and been like "More power efficient, better chipsets, ect ect; we know you won't buy AMD anyway because we have a monopoly"
