Why does my C key only work when shift is down?

So after playing around with my new mouse and playing with macros I set a macro to c so I could use push to talk.

But now the c key will only work if the shift key is down and I've been using cap locks and shift to right lower case c what do I do

I'm using the corsair strafe with the corsair utility engine software

This sounds like the Corsair macro software is somehow *catching* the regular c presses for some reason. I'd save your macros out of directory and than delete all settings and see if that helps.

I've deleted all the macros from the corsair engine I originally made my razor synapse software to use push to talk from my mouse by making it push c for me so far I've deleted the macro from the mouse

Did you actually have the software (both preferably) set to a factory-first install settings reset? Also try uninstalling the software 1 by 1 so you can pinpoint the software that maybe creating the issue.

Idk if it makes a difference but the on screen keyboard doesn't like the c Key either

That means it is almost a guarantee that it is a software *catching* that key and trying to use it as a macro start key. I'd uninstall each macro software 1 by 1 and try to see what one is doing it.

Is there a way to clear data from synapse because my c key only works once the software is reinstalled but then it logs into my razor account and syncs from cloud and i loose my c key?
