Constantly changing fan speed

Hey guys :)

Just finished my PC build not too long ago. Here is the part list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/T6NY6X

However, I am finding something really odd. The fan speed continuously fluctuates, almost like it is pulsing. I have a few hypotheses for why this might be happening.

1. I did not connect the CPU fan's rpm control cable to the CPU_FAN header on the motherboard. Instead I connected it to Corsair Commander Pro, and control it through the Link software instead.

2. I am running multiple fan control software. I have Corsair Link, NZXT Cam, and Asus Ai Suite III. I mainly only use Corsair Link, but could the different software be "fighting" for the fan control?

3. I have not adjusted the fan curves at all.

4. Fan rpm could be dependent on CPU temperature, which is constantly fluctuating.

I am unsure which fans are constantly fluctuating. Maybe its only the radiator fans. But I am pretty sure all of them are constantly changing.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks very much guys <3

Also, both Corsair Link and Asus Ai Suite III are saying that my CPU fans(MB fans) are running at 3400 rpm. This is kinda odd cause I didn't connect any fan to the CPU_FAN header on the motherboard.

Temperatures seem to be normal. CPU temps are usually below 40.

Your fan curve might not be set up correctly, usually you would get a CPU_FAN error if you don't connect a fan to that header so that's a bit weird as well.
