Keep your 970 and re-use some of the old parts to save moneyy

like your old SSD and HDD

Make sure to include a high quality cooler for the i7-8700k. As for upgrading your 970, I would only do it if your trying to play at higher resolutions than 1080p. The 1060 6GB is only about 13% better than the 970 4GB on average.

for cooler i put the MasterCooler MasterLiquid 240 i only play csgo and pubg

WD Green is quite bad. You'd probably be better off reusing your current one.
