Lag in Planet Coaster

Hello everyone,

 

I have a small problem. I just bought the game Planet Coaster (on steam) and I'm having some lag when I'm building Rollercoasters. I thought it was my hardware that couldn't handle it but I think that isn't the problem.

So I looked into Task Manager and got these results: 

- About 80% CPU usage when just looking at a park and 90% GPU usage. I got smooth Fps.

- When builing Rollercoaster coasters. Fps drops to about 15-20 fps and my CPU usage also drops to about 20%. Also GPU to about 50% usage.

I think when building rollercoasters the game uses only 1 core and when in the park all of the cores. 

Maybe some of you can help me with this problem because i enjoy the game alot and I find this very annoying.
