budget Really low end laptop

I'm looking for a low end laptop that'll do 30fps at low settings and 720p for most games. Any suggestions?

"For most games" is really not helping. Give us at least a few game titles to work with

Even integrated graphics might be able to do that depending on the game

however, anything with a dGPU will do fine.

most gralhically intensive game i play is gta 5. mostly i do more cpu/ram intensive stuff like civ and ksp.

Well if you're buying a really low end laptop, the CPU you're getting with it isn't going to be enough for cpu intensive stuff ...

It would be a lot of help if you'd give me a price tag just so i can have at least a bit of orientation on what to look at.

Edit: I'm going to assume US.  This should do okay.

 

It's not top of the line, but it has a discrete GPU with VRAM and a quad core CPU.  The hard drive is 7200RPM, which isn't a replacement for an SSD, but a good deal better than most of the drives you'll get.
