GPU BIOS Flash?

for fun i ordered a clearly fake 1050ti with "4"gb of ram so i tok it apart and found a GF116-200-KA-A1 chip and from what i can finde thats a NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 Rev. 2 so is it possible to flash this fake 1050ti back to a gts 450? 

its running som sort of fake bios showing up before motherboard bios and Geforce experiance see it as a 1050ti but it cant run anything

verry i got it for 15$ so im not crying  and i didnt need it since both my main system and media system has better GPU's  and they refunded my money and i get to keep it

$15 is good actually haha. Yeah there is lots of topics re these cards and yes you can flash them back.
