What should I go for next with my PC Build?

So, lately, I've had a heavy want to upgrade something in my PC, but I'm at a difficult place with my PC build not really being able to upgrade to a one of the latest CPU's or whatever without having to upgrade my RAM and Motherboard all together! So, what do you guys think? Should I just man-up and just save up some money to upgrade all those together or should I do something else?

PC Build:

CPU: Intel Core i5 4690K 3.50 GHz (with stock cooler)

GPU: EVGA GeForce GRX 1070 8 GB VRAm

Motherboard: ASUS Z97-E

RAM: 16.0 GB DDR3 799 MHz

What do you guys think?

I've also got a pretty low budget at the time, but looking for prices around 300 or less.

The system itself is still performs well today. An overclock able 4th gen i5 should last you a few more years. I recommend a better cooler just like @jurrunio did.

If you can find i7 then get it. If not, I would recommend a better cooler for OC since both your CPU and MOBO allow OC.
