Need a little advice for some troubleshooting

The issue I'm having is when i'm watching a flash video using adobe flash, and browsing the interwebz the video with stutter for a second, and the audio will elongate while a "ZZZZZZ" sound through my speakers will happen.

It's like a slight freezing that I don't understand why is happening.

My theory, the integrated graphics is overtaxed, thereby, making it unstable. I used to hard lock when such an issue would occur.

so far I've tried

- updating my integrated graphics driver

- running memtestx86 for 9 hours (no errors)

- uninstalling Folding@home (because of it's ability to stress a system, albeit, slightly.

- no overclocking on the chip currently, and the issue doesn't occur while in games; such as, WOT, league, batman arkham asylum.

I'm waiting for my RMA'd graphics card in the meantime, but this issue scares me when it crops up. Especially when wearing headphones and the video will freeze and that "ZZZZZZ" sound will come through.

Please help any suggestions are welcomed.
