Help G sync and refresh rates

Hi all,

Hope you can help me. I ve a G sync monitor and most of my games run at around 60 to 90fps. Question is what refresh rate should i have my monitor and games set to. AT the moment im just running everything at 144hz as i thought this would be smoother. G sync is turned on. But just wanted to know if this is correct setup or should i set all games to 60fps and set monitor to 60hz for best results.

if you have gsync, your refresh rate will adapt to your framerate, but only up to 144hz. I wouldn't cap off fps in any of your games, unless you are getting more than 144fps in them.
