 Can this fit in a standard ATX case and take a regular graphics card?

depending on the motherboard architecture (pcie 3.0 or whatever) it should be able to, just ask the seller if you can put a full bandwidth gpu in or if the motherboard has pcie 3.0, also it should fit in a case big enough.

It's an ATX board so it will fit, just laid out a bit different.

 

According to the spec sheet is has a single PCIe 2.0 x8 slot and a couple x4 slots, depending on what GPU you were looking at that should be enough.

Looking at the picture though there seems to be a white circle right next to the PCIe slot. I can't tell if that's just printed on or if that's s capacitor. These server boards can be wonkey

Not sure I'm looking in the same spot but it appears to be printed. Could you snip out the part in question, just so I can make sure we're looking at the same spot

I just looked at a genetic pic and it's just printed. Seems worth it for $55 shipped.
