Wireless Display on Winodws 10 not working

I want to connect my PC to a Samsung Smart TV without cables as my they are not near each other.

I found about Windows 10 Wireless Display but it only worked once, the first time. After that I go and search for it and it finds it and I click Connect and it says connecting... then both my monitor and TV show a black screen for .5 second

and doesnt connect.What do I do to fix it. I have tried removing the device from the settings.

i5 3570

12gb ram

1050 ti

50" 4K Samsung TV

22" 16:10 Samsung Syncmaster

Try restoring the TV's default settings.

If that doesn't work, try another machine that supports it or reinstall Windows.
These features have never worked reliably for me though.
