Windows 10 memory bug

I've got no clue. If i were you, i'd boot a bootable linux distro to see what he has to say

I just built my cumputer out of second hand parts on eBay. I copied Windows to an USB flash Drive from my old laptop, wich has 6 GB of RAM. In the computer i built, the BIOS says that It has 16 GB, 4 modules in quad Channel configuration, but when i boot Up Windows and open the task manager, says that It has 6 GB only, and the other programs like the Radeon control center says 6 too. Why this happens?

Does it say that only 6GB are usable, or... ?
