How do I decrease GPU voltage in MSI Afterburner?

I'm trying to overclock my graphics card, but I'm not sure how do decrease the GPU voltage.

BTW, I'm using MSI afterburner and I have a GTX 970 video card.

Cant turn it any lower as it is by itself. Turning down power will lower voltage.

Why do you need to lower voltage anyway?
