Cpu overclocking noob

Depends on how lucky you got. The silicon lottery is just that -you can get a winner chip or a lower chip. The only way to find out is to overclock it. 

With that said, you should be able to push it fairly well with a Kraken X52 (assuming the motherboard isn't garbage)

Yeah, don't bother trying to hit the required voltage for 5 GHz on that board.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
