What game do you have problems with? It could be that your Ping is too high or, if you are experiencing lagging then, that could be your PC's fault.

What are your specs?

This is an extremely hard question to answer since you have given basically zero information about the issue. If I had to guess it is either your internet plan is crap or your router is crap.

can you help me now? (see the post i posted or the reply i gave to CyberSpirit)

If you have a different Ethernet cable on hand try that.

Also, could you check on the cable itself what kind is it? It should be printed on there.

I doubt that you have a slower rated cable but, just in case it's worth checking.

Have you already checked internet speeds?

Using something like speedtest.net?

if so, were your speeds good, like the 100 over 30 that you were supposed to get, or near it?

next you want to ping your router like 1000 times

open cmd prompt and type the following

ping -n 1000 192.168.1.1

Assuming your router's ip is 192.168.1.1, also 192.168.0.1 is very common

you are looking for loss of any kind, and high  ping times, anything above a few milliseconds can be high, anything above 100ms is generally a big problem.

next you want to ping google 1000 times and look for loss and fluctuation in the ping times, the times should almost all be nearly the same every time

ping -n 1000 google.com (or whatever you use in Isreal, i assume the .com part is different

This will help us determine packet loss and where its coming from, if you have any

We will go from there
