Memtest86 cpu errors

Hello my setup is a 1700x with x370 k5 by GB I updated to the latest bios and was able to get 3200 but it's not stable so I ran memtest on my system and been having only cpu error now when I bought the system I had to RMA it since the ram I bought even tho it was on the approved ram list didn't clock at all I'm using now G skill rip Jaws and the system wasn't always stable  drivers failure no matter what bios or ram speed was sure its the ram this whole time but memtest shows cpu errors is my cpu the problem the whole time? Or is it the,mobo?

First thing you can do is remove the CPU and shine a light on the socket, check if non of the pins are bent/broken.

Then reseat the CPU making sure the cooler is correctly installed and retest.

 

But if you just had this computer RMA'ed i would just sent it back with the message that you had this error and dont touch it yourself.

if i to shine a light on a AM4 socket i wont see anything since the pins are on the CPU.. not the socket..

 woops, well same deal. check the pins
