Hi peeps,

I'm building my personal PC for my home and my general aim for this machine is a Home Media Server, music workstation and some slight gaming (I'm a console gamer by heart and can never get used to a K/B and Mouse).

I'm not a complete idiot and do know a lot. (At least I hope)

My budget was approx. £600 (I'm in Scotland) and here's a list of all my components I've selected. If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

I do intend to do some overclocking on it but not extreme (more experimental) and this project is more aimed at being a platform to move forward with.

AMD Ryzen 1500X

ASUS ROG Strix B350-F

Coolermaster Masterliquid 240

WE GREEN M.2 2280 120GB SAD

1x 4gb of Cruicial DDR 4 2400 Ram

Cooler master masterbox lite 5

2 x Asus VP228HE 22 inch monitors (I know they are only TN panels but this doesn't bother me)

Corsair VS650 power supply UK Model

I'm planning to run Windows 10

I already have 4 x 4TB HDD's and a very very basic graphics card that I'm just going to drop in the rig to give me some graphics as a temp measure until I buy a proper graphics card along with a KB and Mouse

I feel I've done enough research to know that this should be good setup to upgrade down the line with additional ram etc

Thanks again

1500X is more expensive and is equal in performance to the 1400.

You have a leaky AIO.

Get a CX450M or Pure Power 10. Can you shop from UK online stores?
