I need more info than that to be able to help. The best advice I can offer right now is set your ram to standard JEDEC speeds and see if that helps.

Run memtest86 overnight, if you get errors, reset CMOS, don't set your RAM back to 3000 and retest. At least you'll know whether the RAM is to blame.

As well as the other advice given, I'd suggest that you make sure you are running the build on a clean OS install, not a clone or an upgrade in place, update the BIOS and make sure that you have the latest chipset drivers. Also, what cooling do you have on your CPU and what are temps like?
