Roccat suora key not responsive

Hello!

I have been using roccat suora rgb keyboard for a few months and lately i have noticed that sometimes in games the keyboard doesn't register the input (but i think it is only on WASD keys because they are used often) and i have to like push it hard to actually register the key does anyone know why this happends and if there is a way to fix it, i don't think this should be normal because the keyboard isn't that old surely it would be more durable.

sounds like poor durability, try and see if you can replicate the issue just typing.

Yes it sometimes happends when i type the A key dosen't respond and when i tap the key two or three times with the same normal force it does register
