Problem with R7 370 not working

Hey guys, I am having an odd issue with an R7 370 that does not work once drivers are installed for it on a PC. I have tried the card on 3 different workstations, 2 were Windows 10 and this one now is a fresh install of Windows 7 on a desktop. The card will work and display a picture on the desktop and during initial Windows set up and shows as a generic VGA adapter in device manager. When I try to auto detect drivers and download with AMDs tool or download the specific drivers, it detects the card properly and installs them however once they are installed and the PC rebooted, it just goes to a black screen with the backlight lit up once WIndows loads. I can only get into safe mode once this happens and once I remove the drivers it will come back up in normal mode. In safe mode when the drivers are installed it detects properly in Device Manager as an R7 370. Is there anything I can do or is this card shot? I have tried older drivers on the Windows 10 machines but not yet on the 7 one.

I watched a video from jay2cents on youtube where he solved similar problems to that, the fix he had done is by getting new fresh bios and reflashing the card and it works, maybe you can try that

I watched that video as well and this card was the first thing I thought of when I saw the video and made me want to test the card again. I tried doing some digging but I was having trouble finding a bios for this gpu. Only one I seem to find is https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/193721/193721 and it says it is an unverified bios for the card and when I search through their tools on the site I do not find this specific MSI card on there, not sure if I should try this "unverified" bios or not? I guess at this point the card isn't functioning anyway so I don't have much to lose. I will be doing a drop test if I cannot get it to work.

I'm going through the same situation I can't find the right BIOS, it's been a long time since the post but did you have any success with the gpu?
