How do you know it's those services that are slowing down the laptop?

Those are system services so I wouldn't disable any of them

Check for programs that run at startup and run in the background, try closing those.

DON'T DISABLE THEM!! It's unlikely that it's a service that's slowing down your machine, it's more likely to be a program, or programs, a RAM or CPU utilisation issue or a slow drive. Open task manager and go to the start up tab,it looks like your on windows 10, and uncheck what you don't use, then look near the clock to make sure that the only things that are there are windows ones, steam (If you have it) and an anti-virus program. You could also try running ccleaner to see if that helps a bit too. Then I would look at RAM usage, and perhaps consider and upgrade. Are you using an SSD?

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

the reason i ask was that superfetch was running and it was using 700mb but it was set on manual(trigger start) and i thought since its on manual some other services can be started and thats why i ask which one i can disable but now its ok
