Ya, you don't want to go over maybe 1.35V for daily use, if you're using auto overclocking don't

Have you tried to update the BIOS on the board? If the board is running an older BIOS such as the release BIOS from last year it might not be functioning correctly. 

 

Also i'd say a little more is safe for 24/7. 1.375 maybe even 1.4 for 24/7 wouldn't be too awful.
