You can draw as much current as you want up to whatever the circuit your gadgets are connected to is rated for, for example a 10 amp circuit. Once you hit 10 amps though, your circuit breaker will trip cutting electricity entirely until you reset the breaker and bring current draw below 10A, otherwise it will just trip again.

Shouldn't change it at all. If your computer didn't have enough power to run, it would just shut off. As far as consoles, same as computers.

We have laptop carts at work that can draw over 40A if all laptops in them are charging.

I edited my post, you could confuse chargers as anything from phone chargers to fast laptop chargers (basically regular power supplies.) A cart with lots of laptops charging is akin to multiple computers running full tilt.

I used to be quite active here.

except when the power strip you are using can't even handle 10A - then the breaker will not trip but you might smell something burning after a while. totally happened to me once.
