Probably the 1070.

CPU: Ryzen 7 4800H | GPU: RTX 2060 | RAM: 32GB DDR4 3200MHz C16 | OS: Debian 13

 

Gaming PC:

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X | GPU: EVGA RTX 2080Ti | RAM: 32GB DDR4 3200MHz C16 | OS: Windows 11

1070 preforms better then the rx580 and its only 50 more euro for about 20 percent more performance about 

Ex frequent user here, still check in here occasionally. I stopped being a weeb in 2018 lol

1070 unless you want a mining card then it is the rx580 xD

RX 580 is on par and maybe a bit better than a 1060. While the 1070 is on another level. The reason why 580 costs due to low supply of them in the market.
