For modern AAA titles, you're going to need to go a bit higher up the totem than a 1030. Probably a 1050TI or RX560 at the lowest. If you're playing mostly older titles, or even e-sports such as CS:GO, then the 1030 will suffice.

 

A detaild list of your system information would be helpful however.
