Nvidia Driver Issue

So last stable release where this issue doesn't occur is Dec 20th driver (388.71) and on both 390.65 and 390.77 same issue occurs. It's definitely up to driver on my side, since I checked if reverting to old one will reproduce same issue. 

 

The issue is:

From boot both screens are turned on. As soon as windows login screen arrives both of them *lose signal* temporarily. It lasts good 15-30 seconds for image to get back on.

Does anyone know if that can be fixed in any other way besided reverting to 388.71?

Even though it's not up to screens, they're Dell S2417DG [DisplayPort] and LG 22EA63 [HDMI]).
